Before transitioning to real estate, Doreen built a successful career as a buyer for Federated Department Stores, where she gained valuable insights into consumer demands and market trends. As a mother of three children who attended Holmdel public schools, Doreen has a personal connection to the community and a deep appreciation for the value of its strong academic programs. Understanding the importance of continual improvement, she actively supports educational initiatives and fundraising efforts to enhance learning technologies and programs. She has held leadership roles in school parent groups and served multiple terms as Chair of the Holmdel Foundation for Educational Excellence, which funds grants benefiting World Language, Arts, Literacy, Science, Technology, and Athletics across the district.
Beyond education, Doreen is a current member of the Holmdel Chamber of Commerce and has contributed to her community as a religious education teacher at The Church of St. Catharine. She has also served on the Women’s Heart Fund committee of the Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, supporting heart health education and fundraising efforts benefiting women in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties.
